Great service, great food, and convenient location for anyone making a weekend trip out of Louisville. The Avocado toast was perfect I really enjoyed the chili crisp flavor. The Proof Breakfast sandwich had the best homemade biscuit and hashbrown - definitely a breakfast staple here! I also enjoyed the green smoothie. The absolute must try at Proof is is the Maritozzo, a classic pastry from the heart of Rome!

Great menu, wine list, atmosphere. Our waitress was very inexperienced, this the knock on the service. But the wine guy was awesome, so we ordered a 2012 Barolo and a few local bourbons.
My experience was perfection. The cocktails, food, and service were wonderful. I started with the Rye Rye Birdie cocktail. It was very well done. I tried three of their 21c select pours suggested by the waiter and bar manager My favorite was the Willett 14 year bourbon. I highly recommend dining here. Each course was made with fresh, high quality ingredients.
Troy and Bri were delightful. They genuinely made me feel welcomed and appreciated. And while their hospitality was second to none it was the delicious cocktails and whiskey selection that make me want to come back again and again.
Wow- what can I say! It’s a bar. It’s an art gallery. It’s a top notch restaurant. It excels at being all three. We had brunch on a Sunday. The menu was simple but exquisite. I had a grilled cheese and roasted carrot soup. My friend had biscuits and gravy. The presentation was 5 star. The taste matched. The drinks from the bar were pure artistry. The surroundings were funky and cool. The staff was attentive and fun. The view was amazing! This is a #1 must visit place when in Louisville!!!
This place was so beautifully decorated! The food was pretty good! I loved my Octopus and my son really liked his meatballs! The drinks were okay but the menu was extensive and I really had never heard of any of the drinks on the menu but they were strong drinks! The prices were fair compared to its upscale atmosphere! The service was really good as well. Everyone was really friendly here. I loved taking pictures here because of the decor! ????
Off the brunch menu, the COULOTTE STEAK & FRITES meal was Delicious!!! 10 out of 10. Packed with flavor loved it. Highly recommend. The FRUIT & GRANOLA was the best granola ever tasted anywhere. The PROOF BREAKFAST SANDWICH bun was too dry lacked flavor difficult to eat wouldn’t order that again but the hash brown was good. Loved the atmosphere of the restaurant and the bar in the next room along with the 21-c art museum makes for a great day out. The staff was all terrific and friendly.
WOW. Everything grin start to finish here is superb! The ambience, the art, the cocktails, the food, the service... the brown sugar poundcake was airy and well accompanied. All of our brunch orders were delicious! You can't order poorly from this menu. Phenomenal preparation, presentation, and flavor!
